Choose an amount of $50 or more to be auto drafted from a debit or credit card. All money will go towards your injectable purchases. A monthly deduction requires a minimum of six months. You may cancel your membership at any time after six months with a written notification of termination 10 days prior to the next billing cycle. Memberships are non-transferrable. No cash refunds.
